Automatic clay brick manufacturing plant and concrete brick manufacturing plant is far developed, modern and environment friendly compared to traditional clay bricks factory. So, different technologies have been introduced considered to customer's requirement, local demand and environment pollution.
In clay brick project Hybrid Hoffman Kiln project is low investment project and capacity of project also low. Tunnel kiln project is high volume production project and give more automated brick making process but the project investment is high.
In general, clay brick making process divides to four processes,
• Raw material treatment
• Brick making
• Dry bricks
• Firing bricks.
Concrete brick project have different type of technologies. For low investment simple line and semi-automatic technology is more efficient but for large production capacity require full automatic technology where investment is very high. For South Asian country like Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan simple line and semi-automatic concrete brick projects are more feasible.
In general, concrete brick making process divides to four processes
• Raw material treatment
•Mixing raw materials
• Brick making
• Curring brick for certain time.

Hybrid Hoffman Kiln
Hybrid Hoffman Kiln (HHK) is available in Bangladesh as an alternative to improving energy efficiency in the brick making. Originated in Germany I mid-19th century, the Hybrid Hoffman Kiln is a hybrid version of the Hoffman Kiln technology which developed in China lately. Since then, it has been redesigned to improve heat retention in the kilns and to capture waste heat for re-circulation in the drying tunnel.
The energy efficient Hybrid Hoffman Kiln (HHK) improves energy efficiency in two ways: through internal combustion of injected fuel in green bricks and the application of heat optimization techniques in the combustion zone of the kiln.
Hybrid Hoffman Kiln Project starts from 50000 to 100000 pcs daily production capacity. It is a medium investment project.
